Robin Blamires introduces The Audio Rainbow, an autistic insight into how special interests in radio and television became impactful on real life. Blending together the sounds themselves with spoken words from Robin's parents, Bluey from the band Incognito and recently made Radio Academy fellow Karen P, it's a personal, entertaining and insightful audio adventure. Robin is a radio enthusiast who has spent a lot of time listening, and other times involved in student radio and making audio explorations from home in Thanet. In 2007 whilst studying radio at university, Robin underwent a manic episode and was diagnosed bipolar, and changed his outlook on life completely.
