Laura Pradelska and Lara Fraser share their international cultural interests, stemming from their respective careers as actor and producer as well as their joint DJ career as The Lallas. Today: The Lallas continue their summer music series, rotating their favourite live DJ mixes. Lara takes you on an Afro House journey recorded on a B2B with DJ Bluey last week. Plus, the New Music Corner features Leicester born singer, songwriter and performer iżi with her debut single, Heaven in Motion, a unique blend of pop, soulful vocals and infectious melodies.

A Sound Map Of The Roman Baths
Created by musician and composer Chris Cundy, this five part series follows a year-long collaboration with poet Adam Horovitz and researcher artist Dominyka Vinčaitė as they delve into the subterranean sound world of The Roman Baths. With original music, poetry, field recordings, readings of ancient curse texts, interviews and library recordings. Musicians featured: Angharad Davies, Bruno Guastalla, Emi Watanabe, Chris Cundy, Emil Karlsen, Mark Sanders, Ladan Hussein, and Eventless Plot. Today: Episode I. Where the Goddess Resides. A selection of highlights from Radio Art Zone - the 100-day radio art festival curated by Knut Aufermann and Sarah Washington realised as part of Esch2022, European Capital of Culture. Today: Gabi Schaffner – {A Wave Novel}. Transdisciplinary artist, datscha doyenne and self-confessed fennophile Gabi Schaffner trawled her hard drives in search of hitherto unheard recordings. The result is a mix of highly evocative watery landscapes with snatches of music and conversations, with poetry playing the part of drift-wood. Plus, a cat.
