Programme 4: 'Food as Identity' by Cecilia Dallafina, Pablo Santacruz, Lu Shi and Dingyi lee. Food feeds the soul. This is a soundwork based on a discussion between two women from China, one from Italy and one man from Equador, whose aim is to discover how sounds and memories of food can represent different cultures and countries; to the extent that we all eat food, and we all have souls, food is the single most unifier across cultures. And so, what sound feeds your soul?
