Shipments and returns

Resonance uses the Prestashop on-line commerce utility.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Login or Create an Account
Create an account to make purchases. On returning to the shop, simply login using your email address and password (as created on your first visit)
2. Search the shop for the item(s) you wish to buy.
3. Add to your account
Click Add to Cart to add items to your shopping cart. To finish shopping, click "Checkout Now".
4. Checkout'
The Cart Contents page allows you to adjust quantities and remove items.
5. Delivery
Choose the address you wish the goods to be delivered to and select your choice of delivery. You can also add new delivery addresses (e.g. if sending a gift or to have an item sent to a work address.)
6. Payment
Enter your credit card details. Once authorized, payment is not debited until item(s) are despatched..
7. Confirmation Email
As soon as we receive the order you are sent a confirmation email that details the item(s), delivery and payment information. Keep this email for future reference.

POSTAGE

Postage costs are dependent on where your order is delivered to: UK; Europe; or Rest of the World. We post by standard Royal Mail prices to each territory. (For other options, please email us with your query and we will attempt to make delivery to your specifications.) We do not charge your for packaging.
