In today’s edition of Wavelength (Friday December 12th, 3pm) William English’s guest is Barry Miles; author of In the Sixties, co-founder of Indica Bookshop, publisher of International Times, Europe’s first Underground newspaper.
William English and cohorts also stage a lengthy experimental film event – Horselength – at The Horse Hospital on Sunday December 14th 2008. Screenings start at 3pm and events run until 9pm. Artists projecting celluloid and DV include Louis Benassi, David Leister, Brian Marley, Andrew Greaves and Ian Willcock, Richard Thomas and William English plus an exclusive screening of a 16mm print of Michael Snow’s Wavelength and live electronic improvised music from Endgame.
