A slightly unusual edition of the Late Late Breakfast Show today – 12:00pm. Instead of the usual Tracey Moberley hosted thematic round-table discussion we broadcast a site-specific project taking place at The Foundry instigated by artist collective Output Arts. The hi-tensile strings of an aeolian or wind harp installed on the Foundry’s roof are excited by barometric pressure, meteorology, and the vibrations of the building and the urban environment itself. What we hear are these sounds resonating the vaults of The Foundry.

Good broadcast I thought. We had reasonably interesting weather. Very pleased with the whole thing. Is even more magical when experienced in the vaults. We are open until Sunday evening- do come along if you are in London.
