Congratulations to D.A.G.E, or Deptford Action Group for the Elderly. The team behind Calling All Pensioners are the recipients of the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service.

D.A.G.E runs a drop-in facility, advice and information services, monthly health checks and of course a splendid bi-weekly radio show by and for the elderly hosted by Tim Hamilton and the inimitable Harry Haward. Calling All Pensioners is broadcast at 2pm every Sunday and repeated at 1pm on a Friday.
