le Menu Gastrophonique is an experiment in the sounds of food, the sounds of cooking, the sounds of digestion, the sounds of excretion. It is produced by French radio artist Coraline Janvier. She says: “For this first episode of le Menu Gastrophonique, I went to the Indian Market of Tooting. Gorge yourself with these delicious sounds because for the first time, those greasy Indian fritters, the Pakoras are calorie free !!!”
